Precautions:
1. Size of flocs: If the flocs are too small, it will affect the drainage speed. If the flocs are too small, they will constrain more water and reduce the degree of mud biscuit. By selecting the molecular weight of the coagulant aid, the size of the flocs can be adjusted.
2. Sludge characteristics: The first point is to understand the source, characteristics, composition, and proportion of sludge. According to different properties, sludge can be divided into two types: organic and inorganic sludge. Coagulant aids are used for the treatment of organic sludge, while anionic coagulant aids are used for inorganic sludge. When the alkalinity is strong, anionic coagulants are used, while when the acidity is strong, anionic coagulants are not suitable. When the solid content is high, the dosage of coagulants in sludge is usually large.
